An exceptionally comfortable hotel, I enjoyed it, staff was decent. The breakfast was great for all tastes and all the food was excellent. Location: the property was short walk to the centre as well as the train station. It also was out to garden.

We have booked double room with EXCELLENT facilities. The location of the hotel was particularly good - at a moderate distance from an ornate 14th-century tower.

The location here is great, with a nice garden and it's easy to get around; there's a Culver's nearby too.

I always come back. They helped with my luggage during my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, bar/lounge, indoor pool, massage, game room. No pets or smoking. Perfect for me. Can't wait to come back for Easter.

the staff were great and made us feel at home. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view of the mountains was absolutely stunning. the location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and major ski spots in Tirol. We also enjoyed the delicious food, with a nice selection of dishes for dinner.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location of this place is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The staff was very attentive, providing great room service and keeping the room perfectly clean. We enjoyed the facilities such as the spa and wellness center, with its indoor swimming pool and sauna. The sun terrace in the garden area was a great spot to relax. The hotel also offered tours and ticket assistance, adding to the convenience of our stay.

Comfortable rooms with beautiful views, delicious and varied breakfast, wonderful facilities, welcoming and friendly staff. Great location for skiing, close to train station, clean rooms, excellent food. Nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay again.

The stunning mountain view from the room was breathtaking, definitely a highlight of the trip. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable during our stay. The restaurant service was quick and the food was top-notch, offering a variety of options that satisfied our taste buds. Its location was convenient and allowed us to access nearby skiing spots with ease.

The sauna wasn't well maintained and was missing some essential items like soap. there were no in-room amenities such as a kettle or coffee maker.

The location to the train station was a short and easy walk. The room was clean and had a great ensuite with a fantastic shower over the bath. We were lucky to have a balcony with a lovely view. The hotel offered excellent food, with a 5 course meal each night and a buffet breakfast. We were also able to arrange a tour of the old town through our host, which was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
